In three simple steps, we can help take the hassle out of selling your current home as well as saving you thousands of pounds on estate agent fees. You can look forward to a smooth move into a brand new property that’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Step 1 - Together, we'll agree a marketing price for your home
We’ll arrange two valuations for your existing home based on 100% market value. Together, we’ll agree a competitive marketing price for your current home based on these independent, expert opinions. Once in agreement, you can part-reserve* your plot for an agreed period, whilst we market yours.
Step 2 – We'll help find a buyer for your home
As one of the UK's largest house builders, we’ll use all our expertise, contacts and experience to work on your behalf to sell your current home. We’ll appoint an estate agent to look after the marketing of your current home and arrange convenient viewings for potential buyers, and we’ll make sure you receive feedback and stay firmly in the loop.
Step 3 – Once a buyer has been found, we'll manage the sale
Once you receive an acceptable offer, we’ll continue to manage the sale of your property on your behalf and all you have to do is look forward to moving into your new Persimmon home.

* A full reservation cannot be completed until the Home Change property is sold subject to contract. The Persimmon property may still be marketed. ** There may be a charge for an EPC/Home Report, some or all of which may be refunded on the completion of the sale. Please speak to your sales advisor.
